Extending our ECU Tuning service offering – Welcome ProTuningFreaks to Vancouver!

To further bring more ECU Tuning options for BMW models, we have partnered with Pro Tuning Freak (PTF) and we are their sole location in Vancouver! At Speed Projects Lab, we will be providing DME Unlocking, Licensing, and Tuning  through OBD2 service for

  • BMW F80 F82 M3 / M4 (S55) – BootMod3 (BM3) Beta
  • BMW F2X F3X 228I 328I 428I 235I 335I 435I 535I 640I X3 X4 X5 M2 (N55, N20, N26) – BM3 Beta
  • F1X F8X 550I 650I M5 M6 X5M X6M (S63TU N63TU) – BM3 Beta

 

BMW F80 F82 M3 / M4 (S55) – BootMod3 (BM3) Beta

    1. Mobile app (iOS and Android) and Web (http://www.bootmod3.net)
    2. One OTS map/tune included with the purchase and any other maps labeled as “FREE”
    3. Datalogging over 200 diagnostic channels, up to 40 channels concurrently
      1. Datalog sharing and charting without a need to upload to 3rd party websites or apps using the mobile app or web browser
    4. Cloud based storage for map data and datalogs
    5. GTS Transmission Flash INCLUDED for DCT equipped vehicles
    6. Reverting back to stock performance map and re-locking the DME to stock programming
    7. Live Dash – realtime vehicle parameter monitoring via in-app guages
    8. Diagnostics
      1. Read and clear trouble codes in all vehicle modules
      2. Reset learned adaptations (octane, knock, Valvetronic, etc)
      3. ECU power reset
    9. (Optional) Off the shelf (OTS) tunes for 91/93/Race gas/E85 octane
    10. (Optional) Custom tuning available through tuners in the bootmod3 Tuner Directory. bootmod3 contains a full map editor so you can tune your car yourself or with your local tuner of choice as well.

– Top speed limiter removal
– Higher rev limiter
– Exhaust burble (GTS, custom, aggressive mode), switchable with the steering wheel controls in efficient vs. sport mode
– GTS Startup Roar
– GTS DCT Transmission flash
– Recalibrated Sport Gauges on iDrive
– Cold start cat heat cycle and cat efficiency check removed (for off-road use)
– Maps for upgraded turbos
– E85/blend, race gas and meth injection tuning
