Zack, Kelvin and their team were amazing to deal with. I was contemplating PPF for almost two years while I waited to… take delivery of my GR86. I considered multiple shops and all it took was an email and phone call with Zack to give me the confidence to go with SPL. Their pricing is reasonable and their service is second to none. I opted for a full vehicle XPEL PPF + ceramic coating + ceramic window tint because I wanted peace of mind that my vehicle would be protected as best as possible.Zack was patient, honest and very knowledgeable about all things paint protection. We had a long initial phone consultation where he took the time to answer all of my questions including ones I could not find the answer to through my own research online. Zack also clearly explained all of the realistic expectations of PPF with regards to its performance, coverage and (barely) visible panel edges etc. He provided quotes for different PPF + ceramic coating packages and helped me make an informed decision based on my needs. At no time did I feel pressured into choosing one package over another.Kelvin helped with my vehicle pickup and 2-week post -install inspection/car wash. He addressed some minor concerns that I noticed with the initial install but honestly, there was not much else I could nit pick because the install was very well done overall. I took my car on some spirited drives on the Sea to Sky and the XPEL PPF hasn’t had any issue so far.I would highly recommend SPL to anyone looking for PPF, ceramic coating and/or window tint.
