Installing H&R Lowering Springs on a Porsche Macan
Installing lowering springs on a Macan involves considerably more than simply compressing a spring and swapping it out.
The factory suspension assemblies need to be accessed and removed as required so the original springs can be safely replaced.
Care must also be taken with surrounding suspension components, mounting points, brake lines, wiring and other vehicle-specific hardware during disassembly and reassembly.
For this Macan, the complete H&R spring installation required approximately six hours of labour.
Once the springs were installed and the suspension reassembled, the vehicle could be returned to the ground at its new ride height.
